Division Responsibilities

The Facilities Maintenance Division is responsible for the upkeep and operation of Town-owned facilities. This includes Town Hall, Public Works facilities, the Snowmass Village Recreation Center, and Town snowmelt systems in Base Village and Carriage Way. They ensure that all buildings and systems are operating both efficiently and effectively by using cutting-edge processes and technologies that maximize energy savings and comfort.
