We're excited you're interested in hosting an event here in Snowmass Village! 

Hosting Special Events in Snowmass Village can have various impacts, such as additional transportation, parking, use of public space, and wildlife considerations. If you're considering hosting an event, rest assured that the Special Events Department is committed to guiding you through the special event permitting process. Our ultimate goal is to assist event organizers in planning safe and enjoyable events that reflect our Town's use of public space and wildlife. Whether it's a low-impact event or an event with alcohol, we have different permits in place for you to fill out.

 To assist with selecting the correct permit type, contact Jamie Wall at jwall@gosnowmass.com before you start filling out the online special events permit system. If you are a returning event to Snowmass, you must log in as a new user. Once logged in, you will have your dashboard in the system and can communicate directly with our Town Departments throughout the permit process.
