Annual Snowmass Village flu shot clinic at Town Hall by Community Health Services.
It's that time of year again. Be proactive this flu season, and join us at Town Hall for your annual flu shot.

$30 for adults & children. High doses are available to adults 65+ for $50.

Cash or check only.

Also accepting medicare, medicaid, and the following insurance plans:
  • United Health Care
  • Anthem BC/BS
  • Rocky Mtn. Health Plans
  • Cigna
  • Aetna/Cofinity
Please bring your insurance card.
