Need to get/renew a T.I.P.S. certification?

The Town of Snowmass Village Police Department is hosting two TIPS Certification classes on Wednesday, May 25 and Wednesday, June 22. Classes will be held in the Town Hall Council Chambers (130 Kearns Road) from 10:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. The cost is free and the intended audience is for those employed within Snowmass Village.

Interested participants can sign up in person at the Snowmass Village Police Department (in the Snowmass Village Town Hall Building). A $20.00 dollar deposit is required to hold a spot, which will be refunded on the class date at the start of class. All participants must register for class prior – no walk-ins will be allowed. Spots in each class are available on first come, first served basis, so those interested are encouraged to sign up early.

Those attending must bring a #2 pencil, and a pen and highlighter are also recommend for those attending the class. The TIPS Participant Manual and Colorado Laws Supplement are provided.

Light Snacks and Refreshments will be provided, but please bring your own lunch as you see necessary.
