Candidates for Town Council & Mayor Announced

Town Hall

The position of Mayor and two seats for the Town of Snowmass Village Town Council are open in the 2022 November election. Individuals interested in becoming candidates for these positions were invited to collect nomination petitions in early August with the required materials due on August 29. 

The Town Clerk has certified each nomination petition and the candidates for Mayor and Town Council are as follows:

As a reminder, Town Council elections are held every two years. The Mayor serves a two-year term and Councilmembers each serve a four-year term. 

Election Day is Tuesday, November 8, 2022 – 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. Mail ballots will be mailed to registered voters on October 17th. Completed ballots may be returned via mail and at the ballot drop-box, available 24/7 outside Snowmass Village Town Hall.
