June 9, 2014—Snowmass Village, Colo.—The final of three pre-sketch plan meetings between the Snowmass Village Town Council, Planning Commission, and the Snowmass Acquisition Company, LLC (SAC) to discuss the future of the Base Village development is scheduled for June 18, 2014, 4-6 p.m. in Town Council Chambers.
During this meeting, the applicant will be responding to input provided by Town Council, Planning Commission, and the public during previous pre-sketch plan meetings held on May 20th and May 29th.
“I’m thrilled the community has been so active in this process and I hope Snowmass Village residents, employees, and business owners continue to engage,” said Julie Ann Woods, Director of Community Development. “The final pre-sketch plan meeting will hopefully lay the positive groundwork for a potential future PUD amendment process that will be responsive to the community’s feedback.”
