Snowmass Village, Colo. – On July 25, 2016, District Court Judge Seldin issued a ruling in the Richard C. Goodwin vs. Town of Snowmass Village lawsuit (Case No. 2014CV30147). Judge Seldin denied Mr. Goodwin’s request for relief pursuant to Colorado Rules of Civil Procedure, Rule 106, leaving intact a 2014 Minor Amendment to the Base Village PUD that extended vesting and established milestones for the project.

Subsequent to the 2014 Minor PUD Amendment, on December 21, 2015, the Snowmass Village Town Council conditionally approved a Major PUD Amendment to the Base Village PUD in Ordinance No. 9, Series of 2015. At present, the conditions of approval in Ordinance No. 9, Series of 2015 remain unfinished.
