Winter Schedules and Parking

Beginning on Thanksgiving Day, the 26th, the Village Shuttle Winter Schedules will go into effect. The Village Parking Lots will also switch back to paid permit parking.

Route #8 and the Melton Ranch Subdivision: In an effort to better match rider demand and flow, the Village Shuttle will be changing their service patterns to the Melton Ranch Subdivision. Find the details online.

Bonus Ski Week:

To accommodate skiers looking to score some early turns, the Town will be running day skier shuttles to and from the Town Park Station Parking Lot November 21st - 25th. Please ride the shuttle.

Base Village Final Review Process

The Final Review process for the Base Village PUD Application is underway. RELATED submitted their final application on October 21st, and the first public hearing is tentatively scheduled for December 7th at Town Hall.

To make these master plans the community’s plan, we’re connecting with everyone - residents, guests, commuters and more. We're asking people to share their vision and ideas The feedback we’ve received so far is being used to create the draft master plans that will be reviewed throughout the winter, but we’re not done yet.
