Short Term Rentals

Similar to many other communities in the Valley, the State, the World, and the Snowmass Village Town Council are working to understand how the short-term rental market is affecting our community. As an initial step in the analysis, a White Paper on the issues was created. The Town Council is continuing to investigate the issue and is committed to a comprehensive review over the coming months. Town Park Improvements

The Town Council has approved a master plan for improvements at Town Park. A design firm and contractor have been hired to finalize construction plans. Construction activity is not expected to start until after the 2022 Rodeo Season ends.

Town Race Series Returns

The Town Race Series kicks off its 41st season on January 29th, 2022, in Aspen Highlands. It is the longest-running town race series in North America! Get in on the action in Snowmass starting January 30th. Registration will be available at the top of the racecourse, prior to your first run, on Upper Blue Grouse.

Guests and locals alike can enjoy monthly festive fireworks on February 6 at 9:00 pm. With the spectacle launched from Fanny Hill, enjoy the colorful show from balconies, trails, and restaurants around Snowmass Village. More Details
