To the Volunteers at the 42nd Town Clean-Up Day

Despite the cold, wet weather, the community's volunteer spirit was on full display for the 42nd Annual Town Clean-Up Day.

Thank you to the community members who rolled up their sleeves and volunteered to help keep Snowmass Village beautiful.

Thank you to Alpine Bank, who sponsored the event, and Snowmass Village Rotary Club volunteers, who grilled up the burgers and dogs to feed everyone.

The Return of Summer Music

1st Thursday Night Concert Scheduled for June 16th

Celebrating 30 years of free live music this summer, the Snowmass Free Concert Series, a local’s favorite, long-standing summer tradition, returns to Fanny Hill every Thursday evening, June 16 - August 25. Doors open at 5:30 p.m. with the show starting at 6:30 p.m.

Attendance is expected to be high this summer and parking is limited. Please utilize the free parking at Town Park, carpool, or take RFTA or Snowmass Village Transit. Sky Mountain and North Mesa Trails Now Open

The Sky Mountain, North Rim, and Seven Star trails re-opened to the public earlier this month after their annual seasonal wildlife closures. Burnt Mountain Area trails remain closed to the public until June 27th, but the Snowmass Mountain gondola will open for the summer season on Monday, June 20th.

TOSV trail conditions, updates, and closures are posted online regularly for you to be in the know before you head out for your hike or ride. Find the latest trail conditions at snowmassrecreation.com.

ACRA + Snowmass Tourism Host Summer Job Fair

Snowmass Tourism and the Aspen Chamber
Resort Association (ACRA) are teaming up to host a Summer Job Fair on Thursday, June 2, from
3:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. at the Viewline Resort Snowmass.

Prospective employers are looking to fill full-time, part-time, seasonal, on-call, and temporary jobs this summer in both Aspen and Snowmass Village. Positions range between $17-$30/hour with salaried positions also available. More than 20 businesses will be in attendance to hire for a variety of positions in the hospitality, retail, lodging, construction, government, and restaurant industries.

All participants who attend the job fair will receive a $25 Visa gift card and can be entered into a raffle to win a hot air balloon ride for two at the Snowmass Balloon Festival, lift tickets for the 2022/2023 ski season, Snowmass Bike Park tickets, and more.

2022 Editions of TOSV Maps Now Available

The 2022 TOSV trail maps include the newly built Hawk Ridge Trail and updated wildlife closure dates. You can pick up a copy for FREE at the Recreation Center, Town Park Station, or at Town Hall.

Independence Pass Open

Highway 82 Pass Open for Summer Season

After weeks of rockfall mitigation and snow removal work, Independence Pass has opened for the summer season. Vehicles over 35 feet in length are prohibited, and motorists should still be wary of spring snow storms that can close the pass at anytime.
