There are no fire restrictions in Pitkin County, be aware this can change anytime.

Remember, in Colorado, any firework that leaves the ground is illegal. Have fun this 4th of July and leave the fireworks to the professionals.

Blood Drive Coming to Snowmass Village Tuesday, July 26th from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

St. Mary's Blood Mobile will be in Snowmass Village in the Alpine Bank parking lot. Donations are by appointment only and can be made online by following the link below.

Part Time Resident Mixer on August 11, 2022

The Part-Time Resident Advisory Board (PTRAB) is once again hosting a summer meeting to allow part-time residents to reconnect. This year, the event will be held at the Collective in Base Village on August 11, 2022.

Look for details and invitations to follow. In the meantime, save the date!

The last of the Burnt Mountain Area seasonal wildlife closures concluded on June 27th. Thank you for your patience and for respecting wildlife.

Town Offices Closed July 4th

Rec Center Open Throughout Holiday Weekend


The 4th of July will be observed on Monday, July 4th, and all Town administrative offices will be closed. The regular Town Council meeting has been rescheduled for Tuesday, July 5th.

The Snowmass Village Recreation Center, however, will be open with normal operating hours on Monday, July 4th.
