The Comprehensive Plan is the most influential and significant planning document of the community. In summary, it sets the community's vision and goals for the future. It is also used to guide the community through complex issues such as development, affordable housing, sustainability, transportation, public art, recreation, and more.

The Town of Snowmass Village is pleased to announce we are partnering with TPUDC to assist us in updating the current Comprehensive Plan, and we need your help. Your input, ideas, and feedback is needed to ensure the updated comprehensive plan captures the values of the community. Get started by following the steps below.

Find out how to make your home more comfortable, safe, and energy efficient.

Prepare for winter by signing up for a FREE Home Energy Assessment (a $400 value).* The assessment helps you to better understand how your home uses energy and identifies opportunities for improvement. It includes the following:

Safety testing for carbon monoxide and radon. Radon is prevalent in homes in Colorado and is the leading cause of lung cancer in non-smokers.
Up to $100 worth of "quick fix" energy saving items installed such as LED bulbs and programmable thermostats to help you save energy right away.
Blower door test and infrared imaging to measure air leakage and identify areas of missing or inadequate insulation in your home.
A comprehensive report outlining your home's energy use, with detailed recommendations for saving energy and making your home more comfortable.
A "Home Energy Score" (like a miles-per-gallon rating for your home).

Flu Vaccination Clinic

Flu season is just around the corner, and CDC officials recommend getting the shot as soon as possible. To make getting the vaccine as convenient as possible, the Town is hosting a vaccination clinic this fall.

2016 Election Information

We all know the presidential candidates, but did you know there are also several Town, County, and State questions on the 2016 ballot?

Ballots will be mailed out to all registered voters the week of October 17th. Are you registered to vote? Is your address up to date? Do you know when and where to return your ballot?

The roundabout project is in its 4th and final phase.

Roundabout Nears Completion

The Roundabout project at Brush Creek and Wood Road is in its 4th and final phase. The final lift of asphalt has been installed, and construction crews have been painting lane stripes whenever the weather permits.
