Village Shuttle Launches Google Maps & More Frequent Connections to Intercept Lot

The Village Shuttle is implementing two major improvements. The Town launched the Village Shuttle on Google Maps earlier this week, which gives easy access to all Village Shuttle routes, schedules, and stop locations right from Google Maps and on the mobile app.

Riders can quickly find the next bus to their destination on the app or at www.google.com/transit. They can also browse other routes and schedule options, making it easy to find convenient transit options with the technology already on your phone.

This spring, those options will be increased. RFTA and the Village Shuttle are teaming up to offer additional connections from Snowmass Village to the Intercept Lot at Highway 82 and Brush Creek Road. 15 minute service connections will be available during the peak commute hours of the day: 6:15 am to 9:45 am and 2:15 pm to 6:45 pm.

FREE Home Energy Assessments

Available to TOSV Residents Through April 30th

Like a check-up for your house, getting a home energy assessment lets you know how your home is performing and provides tips and resources to optimize it. It's the gateway to using less energy, and thanks to the generosity of a local donor, the $400 assessment is available at no cost to Snowmass Village residents — through April 30th.

For this limited time only, residents qualify for up to $200 in “quick-fix” items like LEDs, programmable thermostats, pipe wrap, or a water heater blanket.

Snowmass raised over $21,000 for NDV Winter Clinic

As you may have noticed, the NDV Winter Sports Clinic has arrived in Snowmass Village once again. Please help us welcome the more than 400 veterans who will be in Snowmass Village through the week enjoying the skiing, riding, snowmobiling, bowling, archery, fishing, and numerous other activities our region offers. This wouldn't be possible without your support, and our community raised over $21,000 to help finance some travel and lodging costs for attending veterans. Thank you!

E-Bikes Survey

Do Electronic Bikes Belong on Paved Trails?

Pitkin County Open Space and Trails, RFTA, and the Lower Valley Trails Group (LoVa) is asking for public input on the use of e-bikes on paved bike paths throughout our valley. The results will help shape the recommendation on whether and where to allow class 1 & 2 e-bikes in the future.
