Or, stop by the Police Department offices, located on the first floor of Snowmass Village Town Hall, 130 Kearns Road, Snowmass Village, CO, 81615. All accidents must be reported to the police. There are two ways to pay. Cash, check, money order, or credit cards are accepted:
- Pay in person with Theresa Cook at the Town Clerk’s office located on the first floor of Snowmass Village Town Hall at 130 Kearns Road
- Pay online

Records requests can be made in person at the Snowmass Village Police Department located on the first floor of Snowmass Village Town Hall at 130 Kearns Road, Snowmass Village, CO, 81615, or by email. Please be prepared to provide the following information with your request:Police
- The case number or the names of the parties involved
- The date and time at which the incident took place
- The location of the incident
