On most Fridays, the Town Manager tries to put out an Information Update Memorandum to the Town Council. In that memo, he briefly reviews upcoming events, mentions issues that Council members might hear about on the streets, and simply tries to update the Council on some of the occurrences of the previous week. The Town Council's Strategic Goals & Strategic Plan provides common goals, direction, and corresponding actions for Town of Snowmass Village Council members and administrators. It was most recently updated in April 2017. It serves as a working document for the next few years to help inform and prioritize actions, and provide accountability for the completion of Council’s goals. A Community Survey has been administered in 2007, 2013, 2015, and 2017 to mine community sentiment on a wide variety of issues, and gauge the level of satisfaction with Town services and operations.
